Hannah's first day of Kindergarten

Well, technically it was simply a 45 minute meeting with her teacher, getting to know each other, exploring the classroom...

She was very excited to go, and is (thankfully) still excited to go to school officially next week.

Afterward, we went to IHOP to celebrate.

Then, since John and I both had the day off, we decided to splurge a bit for family night, and went over to the dinosaur museum at Thnaksgiving Point.

They had a kids craft going, making tipis. Michael was pretty sure it was actually a hat.

And Hannah was happy to go along with that.

Oh my - I can hardly believe she is going to kindergarten!! Time goes so fast. I love how cute your kids are. That picture of Michael at IHOP is adorable.

I have a pass to Thanksgiving point. I can buy you 50% off tickets! Next time call me! :)
Is the dino museum cool for adults too? I want to check it out...

Yeah, I would've liked it better without the kids, honestly. They really only liked the parts that were specifically designed for kids, and just rushed us through the rest.

Also, they have a room full of sets for claymation movies some company makes based on James Christensen's art. Very cool.

Maybe I can get a sitter one day and we can double date there!
